Stopped in for lunch, I had the burger and my partner the steak pie. The burger resembled a well known microwaveable brand and the steak pie was bland and full of gristle, and we were charged £25 for the privilege! Won't be back.

We were in Pitlochry at the May w.end so it was really busy we had about 30 minute wait for a table which was no problem since they were so busy. Ordered Burger & Chips & roast chicken supreme (didn't look very filling) but he stole sum chips off my plate. Can't complain about food it was ok.

Not long back from our trip to Pitlochry, our first stay at The Old Mill was fantastic. This was a weekend to get away from the kids, relax and not do too much sightseeing, we know Pitlochry is beautiful enough. This was the perfect hotel for this, the rooms are spacious, the decor lovely and very relaxing. We had a lovely...

My friends and I stayed at The Old Mill Inn for my stag do over the weekend of 4 - 6 May. I had anticipated that the digs may not be up to much, as per all previous stags I've been on, but this place was quite different. The main bar area and restaurant has obviously been recently refurbished and...

We stayed here on a family break. It's quite a nice place but our room was quite small (2 of us and a baby) compared to the larger room they'd put my mother in by herself. Rooms are decorated quite nicely. Staff very friendly and helpful but pretty understaffed at breakfast. Had to consistently chase things up which became quite...

I have been sat here over an hour and half, 2 set of people who might I add arrived a good half hour after us have now been served and yet we have not. This slow service is not good and I do recommend that anybody comes here as they will of already died of starvation. The table was dirty,...

We popped in here for lunch on a recent short stay in Pitlochry. We were very warmly welcomed by a professional-looking young gentleman behind the bar. He asked if we wanted drinks or food (we wanted both), then told us to pick a table and he would bring menus. The lunch menu was your typical pub grub. I chose the...

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was even better than the first time! The staff could not have been more helpful and were very courteous throughout our stay. The room was fantastic and spacious. The location of the hotel being tucked away in behind the main street means it has a lovely vibe to the whole...

Not sure why the most recent review is from 2009... but here's one from 2012!
Rooms really nice and comfy, if you get rooms 3 or 4 you;'re above the restuarant, so don't expect to be able to get to sleep before the pub chucks out.. and if there are kids staying upstairs they'll sound like elephants
The stream outside...
