First the location - on a busy main road opposite Morrison's car park with a bus stop outside. Unattractive outlook in a town with many B and Bs in nice location. But very handy for the station and shops. Very clean, well kept, friendly hosts, fairly comfortable bed, pleasant decor, nice shower, lovely breakfast in a pleasant room. Overall good... More

I stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending the Scottish Grand National in April. It is within walking distance of the railway station and town centre shops, bars and restaurants. A brisk 20 minute took me to the racecourse. The upstairs room was spacious, airy and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The ensuite bathroom with shower was also a decent... More

We chose Leslie Anne Guest House for it's good location in Ayr as we were visiting Culzean Castle and then on to northern Scotland. Everything you will need is within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable overlooking the garden on the ground floor. We were well looked after and the attention to detail makes you feel like a special... More

I stayed here with three friends on a golfing trip 7th-8th October. The rooms were very clean with a pleasant decor. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to suit all tastes, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We all had a fantastic time golfing in Scotland and the stay at the Leslie Anne Guest House helped... More

We stayed in this B&B for 1 night and I would have to say it was perfect in every way. We were staying with a baby and they provided a cot, plus a highchair the following morning for breakfast all of which were spotless. The room was very spacious considering it also had a cot. The location of this B&B... More

Stayed for business and used to hotels but would highly recommend. Spotlessly clean, new bedding, carpet etc. Good size room and bathroom. Breakfast a bit late for me at 8am, but I guess it's more for tourists. Pleasant hosts and would return. More
