Just a quick visit to this property but i must admit it is the ideal for any traveler where ever rich or not, Location, great 2-3 pounds to the center of town and even closer to the beach. Appearance, this place even has the tartan carpet, so has a true Scottish feel and they have really paid attention to detail,... More

My first stay in Ayr and I hope will not be the last if this b&b is typical. Liz was very Helpful showing consideration and understanding as I have mobility problems she recommended an excellent restaraunt close to the premises. The b&b is convenient to the town centre the cost was very fair. Thank you More

We stayed one night at the Inverlea Guest house but would liked to have stayed longer. Liz was the perfect hostess. We received a friendly welcome and even though we had the smallest room in the house, it was perfect. It was spotless clean and the en-suite was very spacious. Liz recommended somewhere for us to have our evening meal,... More

The... More

What a brilliant B&B!!! I spent the night there when I was attending a wedding at a venue just outside Ayr, to which, Liz offered to give me a lift – you won’t get that in other places!!!! The hospitality was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. Being on my own, I was more than a little... More

I stayed here for just one night but had a very nice time. The house is not far from the town centre but in a homelier and quieter area. The owner was very friendly and could give me good advices where to go and to eat in the evening. The full breakfast was great as well. I can recommend this... More

This guest house is next door to the Carrick Lodge Hotel where we were attending a function so really handy for that. We received a lovely warm welcome. The rooms are spotless and beds comfy. Breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble. 6 of us stayed here and all recommend it highly. More
