After booking we were warned against the hotel,but nothing ventured nothing gained,what a lovely surprise to walk into a well decorated,friendly and comfortable hotel.The staff made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them.The room was excellent,the food good(plenty of it)and the bar very reasonably priced.Overall a very pleasant stay.

This place is NOT disabled friendly! With a function on upstairs there is no lift, and only one handrail at stairs. This is no good when someone only has use of one side. This hotel was immaculate, friendly and the staff could not do enough to help. Really enjoyable stay and really good breakfast. Goodnight's sleep in a comfortable bed. We asked for a taxi to take us to the wedding we were attending and it was there before we even made the front door. :-))

Stayed here for one night Room only. Clean Room Good facilities Good nights sleep One Criticism the shower was a bit finicky difficult to get to a stable temperature but other than that a straightforward stay no dramas.

Friendly staff, good service, decent menu and comfortable rooms. What more can you ask of a small family run hotel? Right price and value for money. I will come back again and again having already had several short stay business visits.
