A hotel is a hotel. It has to have the facilities, hygiene standard etc. What hotels lack and this one has in abundance is the friendliest management and staff you will find in this country. From the minute you enter the door you are made feel like an old friend coming home. You cant train this and you definitely cant... More

Hotel very welcoming. Staff were fantastic. Dinner was really superb. A wonderful choice between authentic Indian or standard options such as steak or duck. Bar food very good with breakfast really good too. Pool nice and clean and warm, great fun for the children. Excellent value. A good 3 starstay due to clean but dated rooms that will need some... Stayed here in March for a couple of nights on business. Good value for money with the DB&B option and would return again. Dining room staff were excellent, professional and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Menu and food was unexpectedly good. Indian chef in the kitchen some nights, so there is a choice between indian... More

Staff is very helpful but definitly will need more. We had a meal in the dinning room and with another 3 or 4 couples and groups there was only 1 waitress wich was a bit disappointing so everybody had to wait a long time to order and be served the food. The food was below aveverge for a 4 star.... More

Booked this hotel on linem instead of going straight from Cork to Galway. There is a big car park and big bar there, the food was average, rooms a little dated. Its well out of Ennis centre and if you are unfamiliar with the area its a little tricky to find. Overall it was fine, but nothing compared to what... More

So booked this hotel for one night as a treat for my sister...it is a so called Spa resort so expected some luxury. what a joke!!! On checking in we were handed our room keys and that was it...no small talk, no directions to our bedroom, no information given to us re: facilities, nothing! i had to ask all the questions.... More

The hotel was lovely. More of an old-fashioned style hotel, but still clean and great condition. Our room was lovely and spacious and bright. The staff were very friendly, and all very professional and efficient. The breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel in a long time. Lovely golf course. Would definitely reccommend. More

Myself and my partner sayed just for one night. The 4 star reception does not run through to the bedrooms, they are very drab and dated. Two single beds joined together at two different heights. Tv very old not all channels working. We used the gym and pool facilitys which seemed ok, but there is an over whelming smell of... More
