Stayed here for a night after reading previous reviews. What can I say, faboulous rooms which are all beautifully decorated to an extreemly high standard. The hosts Mary and Sean are brilliant and extreemly helpfull. The Breakfast was better than anything I Have ever experienced in a five star hotel. I also forgot to mention the view, absolutely magic. We stayed at Ardeevin several years ago, without kids, and this month as a family. Everything was great--again. We were there three nights. When I go to Donegal this is where I stay. Sean and Mary are the best and the breakfasts are excellent. The Accomodation is better than many a hotel I have stayed in and its like home but with Sean and Mary to make the stay easy going. It's that simple! More

My friends and I stayed at Ardeevin for 2 nights. Mary and Sean were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were terrific (especially the French Toast), the location was great, and the views of Lough Eske were beautiful. If you're looking for a peaceful spot that's just a short drive in to Donegal Town - Ardeevin is the place to stay. More

Our guide book recommended the B&B that's actually right next door to Ardeevin. We were in the area, so we just popped into that place and asked if they had anything available for that night, but (very fortunately for us!) they didn't. We stayed 12 days in Ireland, visiting 10 B&Bs. This was in absolute the best as far as value for money and the hospitality are concerned. Wide, well furnished, spotless room, with lovely view and a touch of class in every detail. The best ever selection of breakfast, at a very convenient price (65 Euro for two people, per day).... Enjoyed every minute of our stay.The breakfast was wonderful and our hosts were delightful.We attended a family wedding at the near by castle.
