My wife Bernie and I stayed here for a weekend early may, Very enjoyable and relaxing altogether. Reception was busy on arrival and we waited a little to check in however it was brilliant thereafter. Rooms are quite spacious and have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, Breakfast was 5 star quality, with way more than you could... More

Stayed here on business for 2 nights in May 2012. The exterior of the hotel looks good at it is set in spacious grounds Check in was reasonably efficient, if a little cold and I was offered help with my baggage, although I was halfway down the corridor by this point! The room was big but dated and in need... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights on a break to Dublin. Overall, the hotel was nice and staff were very pleasant. We had a delightful meal in the Talevera restaurant which was cosy and romantic on a rainy day. Cocktails in the bar were great and staff very polite and friendly but a little busy. The gardens... Stayed here for a weekend because we were attending a wedding near by.When we told some friends where we were staying we got the response "oohh fancy"!...I'm afraid "fancy" ended when we entered the front doors of St Helens. Checking in was fine and there was a good buzz about the place due to a wedding and a bus load... More

I was treated by my girlfriend to a weekend in a suite in St. Helens. The rooms were fantastic and the views onto the garden and sea were lovely. Prosecco on arrival, a decent coffee maker, two flat screens and WiFi added to the impressive qualities. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was good and the breakfasts were excellent. The only... More

I am writing this on behalf of my mum. Recently she got a flat wheel outside the radisson. The hotel manager was leaving the hotel, spotted mum and said he would have one of his maintenance men come fix the car. The guy came out and ten minutes later mum was on her merry way :) keep up the good... More

We attended a wedding on 18th May. We had booked our room months ago and we rang to confirm the booking on 17th May (the day before) which was confirmed.. When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told that our booking was made for the 2nd of June and not for 18th May!! Eventually we were... More

On a recent business trip to Dublin, I stayed in this hotel. 5 Star, Not a bad price (€109/night), Good location.. However the first impression as you drive into the hotel doesn't last. The room I stayed in was dated. I found a screwdriver & dirty towel in the bathroom. I am assuming maintenance forgot to take it with them... More
