After a day at the zoo everyone was tired and to say that the staff made everything seem so easy is an understatement. They were friendly and efficient and made us feel so welcome. We booked interconnecting rooms and the children were... More

We stayed here in a family room on a 'dinner, bed and breakfast' rate. We all very much enjoyed the lovely restaurant. Good service, excellent food, wine a little expensive. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. I did feel that some areas were a little tired. We stayed here primarily as one of our family members was attending the... More

Having stayed in this hotel twice before and really loved it my husband booked it for mt 40th birthday treat as I was on crutches and couldn't go abroad as planned. This was in December and we had an executive suite [smoking] booked. We arrived on a Friday afternoon, in snow and found the room chilly so turned on the... More

Had a truly wonderful night at the Radisson. The staff were extremely professional & accommodating and even though we were a little late for breakfast it was not an issue at all and we ate in peace and comfort and didn't feel at all rushed. Their hospitality and friendliness was second to none. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable... More

What a lovely stay me & my partner had here. After our flight from Birmingham & busy Dublin town, what a relief to walk into such a perfect enviroment. The hotel & rooms 10/10. Facilities were great, the beds were cosy, clean & used the PC to set up SatNav. The spa & food could not be more perfect. I... More

I stayed at this hotel recently and it is definitely not a 5 star hotel.
