The hotel is located in the city center not far from Trinity College. The rooms are in 3 buildings with the garden view being the entry level and deluxe rooms in the main building. Staff was very friendly and the concierge was helpful. Breakfast in the hotel was very tasty. Great Hotel in Dublin.

Not what I would class a "boutique" hotel, very sparse,comfortable bed,no mod cons,basic. Location good, about 20 min walk into centre,though area has plenty of good restaurants and bars.
