Very good service, even when we left at 5am! Very helpful and friendly staff, even when one of us lost their room key on the very first night. The whole place was quite secure, and as a member of the RAF I was quite impressed with the attention to detail. All the rooms have an electronic keycard to unlock it... More

Thank you for your great review. We are delighted you liked the hostel. We do take the security of our guests and their belongings very seriously and we have found that having the best security system is to have a separate area to lock up belongings. We do have safes in the private rooms also. In the past we used... More

It was not in the nicest part of Dublin but was only a 15 minute walk from Trinity College and some of the main attractions. It was annoying that there were no safes in the rooms but there was a luggage storage room which was good, although it was a shame you could not use your own padlocks! The rooms... More

They offer all the good perks of the social setting, and great services too. The kitchen is big and the bathrooms are nicer. Wifi is free in the lobby and the location is great. I stayed for three nights and it was a great choice!

I've yet to find one that is nice. I lived in the city 10 years ago, but was lucky enough to secure lodging before getting there. On a recent ten day vacation to Ireland, I stayed in a mixture of hostels and b&b's. I should have went with b&b's in Dublin. This was the second hostel we stayed in and... More

I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at our hostel. We have a reputation for being one of the top hostels in Dublin and indeed in Europe (based on various review sites such as Hostelworld and Hostelbookers). I'm sorry that you were cold during your stay - I know we did still have the heat on but perhaps the... More

I've stayed there for a long term and it was very Nice. It was easy to get to from the airport via the Airlink bus. Great distance from the bus station and rail station. There is a big self-catering kitchen with many stoves to cook, and you have coffe, te and milk all day. The hostel had pretty standard breakfast-... More

The location in central Dublin is great. We had a double room with private facilities, but were surprised to be faced with a bunk bed with a fairly narrow queen-size bed as the lower portion. We ended up using the top mattress placed on the floor for better comfort. If using the upper bed as intended (fenced in by solid... More

We were traveling with a group of college students; this was a trip that was not long on luxury but we had some bright moments. This was our last stop on a two week journey, four days in Dublin and then back home. The bus driver took us through the less scenic areas of town on our way from the... More

Great distance from the city. Great distance from the airport bus. Extra nice staff. Room was good, when we finally got the one we had paid for (changed 3 times). OK, ordinary breakfast, lots of people there. There is a terrace on the 4th floor. Bring your own towels!

I was on a rugby trip with a team of rugby boys and adult helpers. Not having stayed in a hostel i was wary of what to expect. I had a twin room on the 3rd floor which i shared with another female.
