Booked this little B&B after trawlling over the internet on where to stay in Dublin that was cheap and cheerful.......And it certainly was......100 Euros for the night in a triple room with breakfast.....Arrived at 9.30 a.m they would be happy for us to leave our bags, however the room was ready.....Room 19 - door handle hanging on by a thread,... We stayed in the 4 bedroom room. The room as a good size for 4girls to get ready in and the staff were friendly. We only made it to breakfast once which was basic but you had a few options and overall it was very good value for money in the centre of Dublin! The staff were very friendly and... More

This is a very pleasant place to stay if you're not looking for luxury accommodation. Booking is straightforward, staff are very pleasant, helpful and flexible, parking can be made available, rooms are very clean and they have WiFi and a small desk to work at if you're on business. We got up early to catch the ferry so missed breakfast... More

Stayed with another guest in Haxelbrook House and I have to say it was lovely. Nothing too grand but it has a lovely homely atmosphere and the staff are so helpful - you woudl never get this in a big busy hotel. Woudl not hesitate to go back if I am in Dublin again and would recommend it to anyone... More

Arrived at the hazelbrook on the 24th march 2012, check in was uncomplicated and efficient with a 24hr reception. my friend and i were allocated a ground floor twin room which was very satisfactory and clean (room number 22). However there was an external door at a 90 degree angle to our room door, leading to a smoking area and... More

Staff were friendly & helpful, kindly offering to store out luggage for the day while we waited for our later flights. Rooms were clean & tidy. Breakfast was delicious & served by friendly staff. Location was good. Near all the tourist spots of Dublin city. Temple bar about 15 minute walk. Just a simple guest house rather than a luxury... More

My girlfriend and I booked into this bed and breakfast as part of a weekend away to celebrate St Patrick's Day in Dublin and although some of the previous review were lest than favourable I considered the €110 for one night at what is one of the busiest nights in Dublin to be good value for money. The room we... More

£150 for 2 people for 2 nights. Ok we may have left it completely until the last minute but for the cleanliness of the room and poor breakfast it really wasn't worth it. I have stayed in B&B's all over the world and have seen cleaner hostels. The carpet had sticky patches due to Lord know's what, borken TV, dirty... More

Clean basic room, good breakfast, and convenient location. Our flight landed at 5 am. I called to see if we could check in early or if we could leave the car and luggage. Was given an abrupt no with no options. It would have been nice to be offered breakfast and the living room to hang out in before our... More
