Great breakfast (taste, size & presentation), cosy and spotless room, good location close to the city but still quiet, nice hosts, comfy mattress... The bathroom was a little on the small size, but the positives offset this. Recommended!

I stayed at Ash Grove house twice recently. Lyndsey - the young woman running the show - was very efficient, but above all very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Strongly recommended
