This was my first stay in a bed and breakfast and the Cillcearn House was 5 star. Tom and Marese made us feel like family. Three of us shared a room, which had its own bathroom, and we were quite comfortable. The breakfast was better than the hotels we stayed at and they were so helpful with where to go... More

I was lucky to be able to stay at the Cillcearn House B&B for an extended period of time during my college student teaching practice. I could not have asked for better accommodations in Killarney. Getting situated into country was easy with the help of Tom and Marese offering helpful suggestions of eateries and activities along with a comfortable and... More

The Kearney family turned their home into a very welcoming B&B! They were gracious hosts sharing their culture, their food and home with us. Tom was a great morning cook and we enjoyed breakfast chat with him. Rooms were all fine and just a five minute cab into Killarney. I would definitely stay with them again!

I have just returned from my stay in this beautiful B&B and it was the best that I have ever stayed in (and I've stayed in many of them around Ireland!) Tom, Marese and their three children were all very helpful and friendly. They made me feel very welcome in their home over the three nights that I stayed. The... More

I had the pleasure to stay with the Kearney's for 4 months as part of my study abroad program through my University. The best thing about this house is that the Kearney's really create a family atmosphere. From the get go they helped me adjust to life in Killarney and were always there to provide advice on where to eat... More

We stayed here in February on our 1st trip down to Killarney. Tom and Marese are great hosts and made us feel very welcome/at home. The food was superb, Marese is a great cook. There isn't much about the local area that Tom doesn't know. Can't fault it and we will definitely be visiting again.

we've had a three night stay and had a very good time. Marese was very helpful with information about the area around Killarney and The Ring Of Kerry. Only negative point is, that it is quite far away from the city centre, so that one is not able to walk there. But we would stay here again even though

Stayed 2 nights with a tour, and we were greeted by a wonderful family. They made us feel at home immediately, and the house was filled with the smell of baking cookies. Marese is a gourmet chef, and we were able to order our dinners from an extensive menu of fabulous meal choices. The children provided musical background during meals,... More

We had a two night stay in July and found it to be a wonderful experience. Tom and Marese were great hosts who were helpful in every way. The food was good, the room was not the most elegant we have stayed in, but it was quite adequate. The best part of our stay was spending time talking with Tom... More

Very friendly and helpful hosts... lovely lovely people. Twin room was certainly very comfortable and spotlessly clean but quite small (fine for short stay though). It was a lovely touch having access to a very well equipped visitor kitchen (and sitting room), but it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility in our room too. Overall, we were...
