Hard bed, small cold room, no hot water, dining room was freezing for breakfast, asked for scrambled eggs & toast for breakfast but got a fry with scrambles eggs, yoghurts were 4 days out of date. This B&B really could do with a womans touch. More

“Great place to stay, nice people”

We arrived after dark, in the snow. The owners graciously advised us places to walk to for dinner. We chose to stay in and eat things we had with us. He had been a master chef, so our breakfast was wonderful. We were only here one night, the next morning off to Bunratty Castle (10 - 15 easy minutes drive)... More

We stayed in 8 B&Bs over a 10 day period. Our experience at Armada was among the most personal. We took the time to talk to the owners and found out so much more about the area and about them than just treating them as hotel managers. Small room, old worn beds, doesn’t look clean. Small shower didn’t drain requiring to stand outside it. Nice people More
