As a family we have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. Rooms comfortable. Lovely spa .. Good food .. Great location .. Will be back !

Stayed here recently with a group. It's a very busy, typical country town hotel. Staff are excellent, food very good without being gourmet standard. Attended wedding. Staff friendly. Rooms nice but old worldy. Food very good. No room service after 9.30 was disappointing. Bar staff could have been more helpful during daytime. Some room for attitude adjustment! Late checkout was appreciated. Location is great.

First trip to Mayo and hopefully not the last. We have stayed in 5 star hotels in Asia U.S.A. etc and never experienced such happy and welcoming atmosphere. We were upgraded to a luxury room for our first stay and thoroughly enjoyed our food, night-time in the 'buzzing' bar, excellent staff,the whole ambience! Thank you all .

I Booked two night break for my parents last weekend as a treat. They have stayed here on a few occasions and really like the atmosphere.
