stayed recently in treaceys for one night. as it was my bday a manager delivered chocs and a card to my room. we got a lovely updated room, so clean and comfortable. dinner was nice, not amazing but nice, my desert came with the staff singing me happy birthday, we were really made feel welcome. The hotel is very outdated...
