Terrible only smoking rooms left the room reeked of stale smoke there were cigarette burns on the bedside tables, the carpet felt grotty and greasy underfoot, the heating did not work when tried adjusting the knob fell off. no help from reception. Nice hotel for one night stay. Rooms were quite clean and food was at reasonable rate and very tasty. Chinese take away is the specialty of this hotel. Duck was very tasty. If you have to go for cruise, then this is not a bad hotel to stay overnight. nice service and friendly people. More
