“Usual Standard”

Through the course of my work I stay in hotels all over the country; predominately Premier Inns. This hotel had plenty of parking (vital in my situation),and was very conveniently situated. “First Class”

The service in this hotel was exceptional, every member of staff was polite and courteous and couldn't do enough to help. Well done, this is a rarity now a days especially in a hotel where we paid £25 for a family room. At breakfast the choice is extensive and kids eat free. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. “Good night's sleep!!!”

I only stayed here for the one night but it was very clean and a nice spacious room, my only minor gripe and it is trivial is that a twin room to me is 2 single beds NOT a double bed and a sofa bed as the sofa bed is not as comfy as a proper bed! However the room... More

“best night sleep for a long time”

Ideal location for a great shopping experience which is about 15mins away. hotel was spotless and although close to the main road was exceptionally quiet if in a room at the back. meals are served in pub adjacent to hotel which were brilliant, all you can eat for breakfast either continental or full english in nice comfortable surroundings More

“Ideal for flying visit, very friendly staff”

Four of us stayed here on Saturday night as we headed to Truckfest on the Sunday. Upon arrival the reception staff were extremely friendly and chatty, making us feel very welcome. “Nice enough, poor location but neighbouring restaraunt not excitable”

Had a stay.at Premier inn and it appeared ok as standard. Utilised the associated restaurant and expected the same standard as in York. Not the case in terms of food. Presentation wasn't the same, content not as carefully prepared. Ordered sticky chicken and rib combo and arrived with no chicken and had to ask what the story was.... No bill... More

The receptionist couldn't do enough for us. We made a latte change to the day of our booking and had to pay a bit extra. When we arrived, the Childs beds hadn't been made up. We asked for the sheets and she insisted on making the beds up for us while we had dinner. Several upmarket chains could learn something... More
