The room I was allocated had a 42" TV on the wall and had just been refurbished. It had a sofa and was of the usual high quality I would expect of the current specification Premier Inns. Room was great and spacious, staff very friendly and beds/pillows extremely comfortable. Plenty of parking and there is a lift to the rooms. Seems to be a fairly new hotel. Restaurant next door does breakfast - very tasty and the staff were great, really friendly. Also a Costa Coffee next door. Overall a great stay and I'd definitely recommend it.... More

We stopped en route to Cornwall, wishing to visit the Steam Museum close by. Excellent access from motorway, quiet and clean, the usual cheerful welcome. Free parking and good breaktast. We had booked ahead and paid an excellent rate. It was easy the next morning to visit the museum and continue our journey. More

A really clean and comfortable room for the money. I slept better than at home. Although the hotel is very accessible and close to main routes, it was also very quiet. Parking is free. Staff were very helpful the next morning when I requested directions. I would definitely stay again. More

In direct contrast to my stay at the Swansea Waterfront Premier Inn the next night, this was stupendous. Really lovely hotel. Used this as a base for the Cheltenham festival. The receptionist was lovely, and we were offered a warm welcome and were quickly in our room. There is currently work taking place at the hotel and we were woken on Friday morning at 7.40am by drilling, banging, hammering and swearing. We had the meal deal which was good value, other than that the hotel and attitude of the staff on reception in the morning was poor. More
