They do a superb traditional Sunday lunch .2courses circa £10.This is not your usual pub grub....everything is actually properly cooked.Makes an ideal food destination after a visit to the MUSEUM OF IRON across the road.Parking limited so leave the car at the museum.The restaurant is also small..so booking may be advised...and Sunday Lunch is only served up to 2.30 ish..pm.... Stumbled across this place on the way to Enginuity and Ironbridge. On the road in, it's a real traditional pub with a great, friendly atmosphere and a superb stock of real ales. Overlooks Coalbrookdale. The landlady clearly knows her beer and is extremely welcoming. Well worth a stop - best pub we've visited in a long time.

Ate here while touring Ironbridge Gorge. This was our favorite pub in our 3+ weeks of touring England and Wales (and we hit a lot!). We had a pie, lasagna, and the curry - all excellent. Ales were all equally good. Atmosphere and staff matched the meal. Would definitely come back again.

Stayed 1 night in February 2011. Very comfortable and great value room - in reality a suite of 3 rooms with exceptional bathroom. Hearty breakfast more than you can reasonabley eat. Excellent freindly host with award winning beer in the bar. No restaurant other than Sunday lunch but lots of places nearby. Angela & David P

We were in Coalbrookdale for a family funeral and Danny and Dawn couldn't have looked after us better. Beautiful spot, good food and great beer! Highly recommended

We stayed for two nights at the Inn ,found the bedroom and bathroom very clean and a good size Dawn is very good cook ,enjoyed our breakfast and dined in restaurant both nights. The real ales in the bar are worth sampling" says the Husband" The Inn a good base for exploring the area around Ironbridge

We stayed two nights to attend the Midland game fair at Weston Park. Extremely friendly attentive service with a lovely atmosphere at the Inn.
