The room & bathroom were spotless. Bed very comfortable & 3 good nights sleep was had.
All staff were very friendly & helpful.
A superb curry on Wednesday night & the lady running it was brilliant.
The only down-side of our stay, was a rather insipid evening meal In view of the previous evenings curry, this came as a surprise....

Only stayed one night at the hotel - and wished I stayed longer! Great room, great sleep, very clean indeed. Breakfast amazing ! Great location to the International Centre as well. Definitely a hotel not to turn down.

We recently stayed at the Grays Hotel and we were very pleased with our stay with them. The staff very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious, giving a good view of the gardens. The food was well presented and very enjoyable. We would certainly make another stay with them in the future.

good name choice for hotel!
wasnt welcomed in any shape or form..was a little early..i had to ask if food was still been served..went into empty restaraunt..was waiting for over 15 mins for anyone to even ask if i wanted a drink!
