“Don't bother with this one”

It's one of those places that you think is going to great. It's in the middle of no where and when you drive up to the place you see these wonderful golf courses...but it's just so disappointing. The staff aren't great. One member of staff was walking around the restaurant without shoes...it's true. I couldn't belive it. Not particularly friendly.... More

I had to double check I was reviewing the same hotel as the last reviewer. I'll agree that the hotel is basic and looking a little 'tired' but the rooms are adequate, the staff are friendly and the bar food I had was somewhere between acceptable and good. And the only place I smelled cigarettes was in the usual smoker's... More

“Lovely golf setting - worst food I've ever eaten - pity I don't play golf”

The setting of this 'hotel' is beautiful. Two amazing golf courses, in the middle of nowhere. I was staying there on a business trip, so I needed a nice hotel room and good food each night. The rooms were fairly basic - maybe meant for golfers who just fall asleep each night. Pillows and bedding as well as towels smelt... More
