Really wish they had a direct line to hotel, they never answer their phones, and if you leave a message they never get back to you, end up having to drive to hotel to actually talk to someone! They only seem to have call centre numbers or an email address, which as I say they don't reply to.

Very nice hotel with ultra friendly staff. We usually meet every weekend with work colleagues for breakfast. Service is always very good regardless of how busy they can be. I have stayed many times in the past so i can vouch for their high standard of rooms and leisure facilities also.

I really do think De Vere have it bang on with their village concept, although the new all glass builds are marginally more plush than the older red brick.
