Stayed in this Premier Inn for a concert in Solihull. Had two rooms One for myself and my wife and one for my disabled mother . We arrived late and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who checked us in very quickly. The room was clean and fresh looking. We have an exhibition every April/May time at the NEC therefore we book this premier inn every year, this must say something.
