Warm welcome awaited arrival. Very helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms. Despite being close to motorway there was little in the way of noise overnight. Good size rooms. Hut why do they not offer free wifi.

Not a bad stay, but lift was out of order- not great for a pregnant girlfriend, especiallty when booked into a room on the top floor! Beds a bit hard and had to wait to get back in at night as night porter was attending to another guest- leaving us waiting outside for 10 minutes.

Stayed here in the past and been impressed by the staff and rooms. Seems to have got better! Very friendly welcome, very clean and comfortable room, good night's sleep, filling breakfast, wifi good value. Excellent stay at an excellent price, Thanks to all.

We were using this hotel as a stop-over after a concert in Manchester and for this purpose it was ideal as it is right off the M6 motorway if you are travelling north. We stayed at the Premier as we were attending a wedding at the near by very expensive Marriott. We stayed for two nights and couldn't fault it. Clean, quiet, lovely breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. We booked early and got an excellent deal (£119 for two nights, for 4 of us including breakfast)
