Brilliant location, close to town centre, within walking distance. Lovely place to stay, nice friendly and comfortable. Lovely breakfast, beautiful breakfast room. Friendly hosts, very chatty, knowledgable and well travelled.

Ray -- the owner -- was extremely friendly. I have asked for the cheapest room and I was travelling alone, so I expected something very small and with the bathroom across the corridor. However, I was put into a largish twin room with a en-suite bathroom. The room was pretty, well-equipped and quiet. I had a lovely stay.
Stayed at Charnwood for 3 weeks during June 2012 and it's a nice and maintained guest house in Leamington Spa... Not much costly and fares includes breakfast as well..
