I just returned from a trip to the Cotswolds and the Old Bakehouse was my favorite place that I stayed! The owner, Zoe, made my daughter and me feel so welcome. She was full of helpful tips and provided us with a walking map/tour of the town, which was fun and informative. Zoe recommended places to eat as well. We... More

I've just returned from a very relaxing weekend in the Cotswolds. Stayed with my best friend at The Old Bakehouse in Chipping Campden. We just wanted a chilled weekend of walking, eating and maybe a little drinking too ! The accommodation offered at this B and B is cosy, charming and spotlessly clean ! Zoe is a very friendly and... On my one week trip to England, I stayed in four different bed and breakfasts. Even though I stayed in some lovely places, this was by far the best! What made the difference? Zoe made me feel comfortable and at home from the moment I crossed the threshold. Her hospitality and personalization is unsurpassed. That was not all: the rooms... More

This B&B was fabulous! It was almost like being part of the family. The rooms were immaculate, well designed, not too fussy and very very clean. They had thought of everything! Breakfast was as good as it gets. The Old Bakehouse is situated in the heart of Chipping Campden so not far to walk to anything. Highly recommend this lovely... More

We stayed at The Old Bakehouse for a night prior to starting the Cotswolds Way. Zoe greeted us with a warm, friendly welcome and was very accommodating during our stay. We stayed in the Dover Room, which we found clean and comfortable. The B&B is located right on High Street in Chipping Campden and is only about 100 yards from... More

Everything about the Old Bakehouse hits the right note. It's situated right on Chipping Campden High Street so the whole town/village is easily walkable. Our double room (I forget the name but the window overlooks the High St) was charming with exposed wooden beams, a window seat & a very comfortable bed. Yes, the en-suite was a little on the... More

We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Zoe is a terrific hostess and solved a problem we had by taking care of our laundry. The building is wonderfully preserved and the dining room is gorgeous. The English breakfast was delicious. The bathroom was a little small but fine for our purposes. The location is right in... We had a great stay here whilst walking the Cotswold Way. Chipping Camden is a beautiful village, well work a visit, full of great eating places and lovely shops. Our host at the Old Bakehouse Zoe, was very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and even gave us a map of the town with points of interest. We'd certainly... More

Zoe could not have been nicer. She was so helpful and accommodating. The room was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable! I wish i could have taken it home. She recommended places to eat. And when I asked for ideas to see around the area she knew where to go. Highly recommend.

My fiance and I stayed with Zoe and her family at the Old Bakehouse during our bicycle trip around the area. Zoe was kind, friendly, and non-intrusive -- and the breakfast was delicious! The house is a beautiful, quiet old house in the heart of Chipping Campden. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and peaceful - we'd definitely recommend the Bakehouse... More
