Brilliant location, ideally situated for Manchester Arena and discounted use of NCP car park (directly opposite) was a welcome bonus. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable bed and large, clean shower. The full-length windows provided some pretty spectacular views of the city, too. Will definitely return.

I've stayed here 3 times now for events at the MEN arena and always book the concert package,
The rooms are always clean, check in and out so fast. Restaurant staff quick and efficient.
