Sauna: The sauna is small and rather old (but clean). The jacuzzi is also not big but great. Did not test the pool. Nudity: When I asked the receptionist, he said he does not know of hotel rules for the sauna ("il n'y a pas des règles"), so I just went naked like it should be. And of course I... More

We stayed for 3 nights in April. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from a tram stop down a quiet road leading to the hospital. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had recently been upgraded. The breakfast was OK. The staff were friendly but did not volunteer information.....you'll have to ask precisely what you... More

First of all, Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets is beautiful. Just go! On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location. Walking into the old city within minutes and very close to the tram from the train station. Besides the hotel having its issues (see below) the most disturbing aspect is its pricing policy. I booked in advance... More

This was one of our favorite hotels during 3 months in Europe. For the price of a hotel room, we had a large "family room" on the top floor that was really a spacious suite -- with a large main room (queen bed, sitting area, desk), smaller bedroom (two single beds), and large bathroom. We had lots of windows looking... More

I ate lunch here with my three kids. My husband had to leave for a meeting so I was alone with my 2 1/2, 5 and 7 1/2 year old boys. We had tried another restaurant in Strasbourg that was billed as kid-friendly, but had a super limited and unusual menu - not kid friendly to me. Cerf d'Or was... More

In close walking distance of all the old sights of Strasbourg, this is a reasonably priced hotel. Clean, large enough rooms although we were in a separate part from the main hotel (3 doors down along the street). No parking - there is a public parking a few minutes away at a cost of 16 euros a day. Breakfast ok... More

Stayed here for a weekend in September. Location is quiet and easy walking distance to the old town. Room was excellent, roomy for french standards, very clean and a good bed. Stayed on half board. Breakfast was continental but great choice. Dinner the first night was hectic and staff was clearly occupied by a party on the premises, that was... More

Hotel ideally locate, close to "La Petite France and the center of the city. Rooms were spacious and clean, furnished with older furniture. No air conditioning except in suites. Noise from the street was not too bad. Breakfast buffet extremely small and overpriced. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for their annual leave. Hotel is right next to the University hospital... More

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it was as good as we remembered. This is a traditional building, so we did not have air conditioning and it can get hot. However I would rather be hot and in a hotel of character than a faceless and emotionless mass produced hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful... More
