We stayed for one night on our way to a family wedding in St Emilion. The hotel is in the centre of Bordeaux, near the Cathedral. We had a fantastic room with Sitting Room area, the room was very tastefully created with the Ensuite area behind the bed wall which could be accessed from both sides. The bed was really... More

First the positives. Ideal location for sight seeing and comfy bed.Nice staff. Very quiet so good for sleeping if you did not have builders working 7.30 a.m.till 11 every night. Also the heating had been turned off so was very cold in room.only 11 degree outside. Wet towels from evening showers were still wet in the morning as heated towel rail... More

A charming small hotel, ideally located on a tram route, well appointed bedroom with a most comfortable bed. Staff wonderful. Only crticism would be the WiFi which is sponsored and requires that a promotion video is watched each time you log on - an unncecessary irritant in an otherwise delightful hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for one night ! From the second you walk in we were greeted with friendliness, the rooms are perfect extremely clean, and comfortable! Amazingly comfortable bed and didn't hear a sound all night! Plenty of towels, and warmth when needed! Breakfast was lovely 12€ but worth every penny! Bread, cakes, yogurt, fruit, jams, orange juice tea... More

My friend and I stayed two nights here and had a great experience. Loved the room, the bathroom, the views, the breakfast. Wonderful beds! The staff were SO helpful with a difficult situation which came up (lost passport etc)! I highly recommend this hotel!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel after reading the Trip Advisor reviews. It is indeed a little gem hidden away right on the tram route in the centre of Bordeaux and close to the whole of the city centre. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The room was well appointed and well equipped (but take... More

The hotel was absolutely charming. It was thoroughly relaxing which is what we needed. The staff were there if we needed them but it felt as though we were the only guests. The suite was charmingly designed with many of the original design features remaining. It was very comfortable and had touches of luxury. A 'little gem' which we will... More

We stayed for three nights in this hotel and wished we'd booked for longer. We had a room on the ground floor, off from the courtyard (which is great place to relax if you want to escape from the heat of the day for a little while). Couldn't really ask for more from the room which was large and well... More

We stayed in the ground door apartment. The room was large with nice bathroom, kitchenette, and dinig table. Despite being on the ground floor, the room is very quiet as the whole hotel is set into a lovely courtyard away from the street....just one block from the cathedral. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Our only minor complaint... More

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, it felt as if we were living in a french style home but yet with modern touches. We stayed at the Superior Suite and it was very spacious, we had extra space for everything. The bed was extremely comfortable, I loved the organic herbal products they used in the shower. The...
