picked this ibis, looking for an Accor hotel in the Brittany/lower normandy area for a long weekend and this hotel met all my expectations (my expectations being close to the center, sea view, ibis standards, small but clean rooms), so there was no bad surprise, it was all the above. “Good hotel right on front and 20 mins walk from ferry terminal and 10 mins from old town”

Functional but clean and good location. Great location 20 mins from ferry and 10mins from old town and 15 mins from station. Would recommend though IBIS is fairly basic inside but if you are happy with that then it is fine.

Hotel would have got 4 stars but for the slightly tired and dated decor in the room and the room being quite small. Maybe the rear facing rooms are bigger . We have been there in july 2012 just for 2 nights. Hotel in line with Ibis budget hotel chains: the bathroom and the room were clean ad comfortable. The breakfast was a bit expensive so we decided to eat in the city centre.

Our room (108) was very (very!) small, but recently renewed and with a confortable bathroom. Everything in perfect Ibis style: minimal. Very clean room and hotel. Good breakfast with good choice (but no warm plate). Hotel parking is 10 euros per day. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from downtown.
