Actually really liked this hotel. It was obviously a very grand building at one time. Lovely, private courtyard set back from the street making for peaceful sleep. Huge bonus for me was the ease of finding the hotel, straight off the Autoroute, and easy to get back on to it the next day, making it a great stop over place.... More

very friendly staff, excellent location within walking distance of centre. hotel is clean BUT needs a lot of money spent to re-nr=ew decoration. Room was poor and no shower. only way into toilet was to reverse! breakfast good. Car park impossible to find without calling in at hotel first for directions. Situated in an extremely elegant boulevard about 15 minutes walk from the city centre, the hotel is rather basic and the bedrooms are 1960's formica. We had a great overnight stay here en route back to UK from South of France. Family room was very large, hotel spotless. Ensuite had bath as well as shower - a welcome treat! Receptionist very friendly and spoke good English. Excellent location on tree-lined boulevard, nice 10 minute walk from town, and very quiet at night. Breakfast OK..... nothing... More
