Bestwestern group of hotels as such offer you just with the basic services. they're good , efficient and most importantly' central'. This one in particular is a short walk away from every place. The rooms were big with all basic amenities. As many reviewers have mentioned it the hotel needs a bit of renovation, but otherwise the staff was helpful and...

Excellent location to visit the city smack in the core of it. The available parking is a big plus. The staff is extra nice. The rooms are somewhat dated (but not in a nice vintage way) and would need a remodeling

My earlier stay was at the Holiday Inn which is bang outside the train station. This was not at all near - a big deterrent from the start. So as a result it is not very conveniently located. That said, Tours is a small town-village so everything is in a 5-10 minute walking radius - all restaurants, all culture, all...

If you stay in the Best Western chain in the States you will probably be ok staying here. This property is old. We stayed in room 325 and it was a very large room. It had an office area and very large bathroom. The room and entire property is very dated. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to...

This hotel could stand a few upgrades, starting with replacing the beds which sagged and were very uncomfortable. The room was clean, the bathroom was modern and very clean. The individual room air conditioning unit is a big plus. My biggest complaint has to do with the parking (at 10 Euros a day). It is extremely tight. When we arrived...

The location is good, the staff are friendly, the room was a reasonable size, though a bit dark and old-fashioned, the bed was comfortable, the aircon was individual to the room and worked reasonably well, the flat-screen TV had three channels in English and the bathroom was big, with decent mirrors. Breakfast is certainly not worth 13 euros (cheese only...

We stayed with our 6 month old in this hotel and from the outset were delighted with this hotel. The hotel organised a super baby sitter for us prior to our arrival and responded to our (many) emails very quickly. Staff on reception had a great sense of humour and were very helpful and friendly. I had to re-arrange some...
