About 10 mins walk out of the old part of Tours. It is a functional hotel, that allows dogs for a surcharge. Rooms are very basic and dated. We had no mini bar, no tea/coffee, no bath. I wouldn't hurry back as it lacks charm and character.

Great hotel with clean, quite large rooms, excellent aircon, OK breakfast (extra) and good staff. Nothing to complain about - a tip for nice and cheap local bars, just continue downhill and you have a nice selection of non-touristy pubs. It's a 15 min walk from the train station, not too bad at all.
