good location, easy to get Metro or walk to the Notre Dam etc. Rooms are not comfortable, breakfast very poor, very small bathroom etc. Only staff are good. In our europe tour, it was our most expensive and worst hotel.

A little bit of a red light district, but not too disturbing at all. Very quiet, small street. More or less walking distance to most important sites in all compass directions.
