“Great trip”

We spent 5 nights at the Castille with wonderful service. In fact we had problems with our heat the first night and they were very accommodating and switched our room without a problem. We were in a great location for sight seeing and moving around the city.

“Well located and nicely decorated hotel, but the service lets it down - far better hotels in Paris”

This hotel has a great location just off the Rue St Honore next to Chanel. The rooms are very small but nicely decorated although the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Service and staff exceptional. Location amazing although,a bit pricey but well worth stay love it would never stay anywhere else in paris. Close to everything! Walked l over as single female no problems. Bartenders are very attentive

“Great Hotel, great location”

Really nice hotel with very helpful staff. Great location - close enough to all the sights but in a much calmer location! Full marks to concierge with a great recommendation for dinner on Saturday night. Would recommend to anyone.

“Hospitality exceeds the expectations from Paris trip!”

Very good location within walking distance and easy access to Opera, Vendome, Louvre, CE. Hospitality is competible with European standarts, not like Paris. Renovated yet specific details are preserved. F&B is very good as well... Just perfect!

“Charming, excellently situated, boutique hotel”

I had a wonderful stay at Castille Paris! The rooms were charming, cozy and comfortable. It is a boutique hotel, so while it may be missing the amenities of a large full service hotel, the convenient location and great neighborhood make up for it tenfold. Bonus: The hotel is next door to the original Chanel boutique.

I can't begin to describe the level of service at this hotel. 1 star is too many. I may lobby Tripadvisor to add half marks to their grading system.
