Bad ubication, very ugly zone at night. Rooms not like the web page pictures. Novotel out of my vacations list. Standard breackfast sucks. Too much money for a standard room. The service was ok, but not awesome as we suspect.

The hotel service was fine and everything worked well. The only problem was the bathroom. After shower the water leaked to the bedroom carpet and made it unpleasent to walk on the floor. I reported this to the reception at the check out, so I hope it's fixed for the next customers.

The staff was terrible. The location was perfect, but staff was rude. Even though menu states all night service the bartender would not allow room service orders. Concierge was also rude. Stay here for walking distance, if you are looking for real reliable service please choose elsewhere. Novotel does not care about its guests.
