My wife and I spent 3 days in late May, and met up there with our kids who also spent one night. We were looking for a small hotel somewhat away from the city center, but near a metro stop. GHF met all our expectations. Good restaurant choices nearby. My regards to Zyad, who was a wonderful host.

Spent 4 nights in April, stayed in superior room - spotless - very friendly staff - obvious that effort is being put in to maintain standards - close to metro - enjoyed the fact the area was not swarming with tourists, it was good to return there after a hectic day in the crowds of tourists in Paris.
