Ok, that rating was supposed to be 4.5 out of 5 because of the airconditioning system. They don't turn it on unless it gets really hot. I believe it is controlled by the people at the conceirge. Also because of the tiny lift which can accomodate 1 person+1 luggage at a time. The sheets weren't changed daily...just the towels. Probably... More

We are no-smokers and were allocated a room which smelled heavely to Tobacco. We came home and our clothes still smelled to tobacco. Small rooms but all you need but you can hear everything the neighbours say. good location. The childrens triple room was ok. More

Stayed here with my fiancé whilst the Paris marathon was on, as she was competing and needed somewhere nearby to stay. Advertising as a 3 star, this really should be a 2 star hotel. The lobby is attractive form the outside, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are TINY, and not in a good condition... More

Just back from the hotel. They are still using old fashioned steel keys. You should leave the keys to reception when you leave the hotel. Doors are thin and locks do not feel safe. The walls are also so thin that people in the next rooms were almost snoring beside me. Room smelled too bad and was very small. Minibar... More

I don't know about you but I really prefer staying in a room with a toilet ensuite. However, I found it very difficult as a single traveller to find such a place with my limited budget, that was close to central Paris...until I found Hotel Flaubert! It was about a 15 min walk to Arc de Triomphe, and about 5... More

We stayed for several nights so we could look around Paris. It was about 5-6 blocks from 2 Metro Stations, there was a supermarket about 3-4 blocks away and the hotel was close to a bakery. It was a quite location. We had great reception staff. There was enough breakfast to fill us up (I cant remember if there was... More

My wife and I stayed in Paris at Flaubert Hotel last summer and we did enjoyed every moment in Lovely Paris, the hotel too was a good choice and the location and the service were outstanding (as we were told by our travel agency and after reviewing Trip Advisor comment of customers) we found more care than expected. We landed... More

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. About a mile to the Arc de Triomphe and a couple Metro stations on the way there. The carpets throughout the hotel are filthy and the hotel is dirty. The stairwells and hallways are very dark and you have to turn the lights on as you go.The hallways also are very... More

We stayed in this hotel after our return from Amsterdam for 2 nights. Had booked this hotel at the very last minute, so it was highly priced considering it was a two star hotel. Besides the price, we had booked a triple room, so with 3 adults and a 2 years old baby, the rooom was just too small to... More
