We booked this hotel despite the reviews... what a big mistake! The room we were allocated (40) was an absolute tip. It appeared that a blind axe muderer had chased a victim around, missing frequently, and making holes in the wall. The bedding was frayed and tatty, the room was filthy, the bath had 'bits' in (I didn't investigate further).... More

Read some negative reviews on this hotel but we found it good for the price. The location was great. Breakfast good. Easy walk down the hill to the centre of Paris with the metro only a 2 min walk away at Liege. Close to some good restaurants at Place Clichy. Friendly reception staff who gave us good advice and helped... More

I stayed here some years ago on business and it was better value then but this time was a huge disappointment. A tiny room, very poorly appointed, dirty carpet, cracked tiles and broken hairdryer in the bathroom. Requested a change of room next day which was very little different. A complete rip-off at 130 euros inc breakfast. More

We were booked into a doule room, we got three single beds that we couldn't even push together. The breakfast was served in the basement, which felt more like a sauna because the ovens were right there. Took 3 times asking the front desk for assistance in getting the TV to come on. Then when we asked about a good... More

One of the worst hotels ever where we have stayed. it's not tru what is wriiten or ahown on the website or travel-agency magazines. We had obviously swallowed the bait as well; thinking it to be a real 3-star hotel. It sucks! And not safe. The first room 64 which we got looked like from the era of French revolution... More

We stayed at this hotel the weekend of my 25th birthday and it was our first trip to Paris so it seemed like a pretty good location that was reasonably close to the attractions we went to see- The Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. The room was pretty basic and on the small size but... More

In Paris for business and horrified by my stay in room 72. Downstairs through the lobby, windows that open out into the interior of the hotel or a little courtyard. Room came with: - ants - old, barely working fridge - damp (to such an extent it was difficult to breathe) - broken hair dryer - damp sheets On top... More
