The entire hotel is under renovation and not worth , the lobby is flooded with suitcases waiting for room allotments , the corridors are messy and the work starts at 8 am and feels hammering on your head , please avoid this hotel at least for an year, suddenly an apology board comes up info of shortage of hot water... Great neighborhood, the restaurants near by were all amazing! Eiffel Tower view was amazing, loved being able to walk there & choose when the lines were not too long to go to the top. Great value, would stay here again.

The ducted heating remained on - it was not adjustable - and the air conditioning didn't work, so the room was far too hot to sleep in, even with the balcony door ajar.
