A basic no thrills hotel. Small room. Stayed in hotel for three nights. I was a repeat customer and they did not care. Staff was not too friendly. Very concerned about money. Don't think I will stay again there.

Excellent and most welcoming staff. We stayed in the Suite for 2 nights during the snowy weekend of January. The staff were happy to help with booking tables and the room had a great view of the eiffel tower.

Rooms are a bit small and sometimes old-fashioned. Hotel is in general old-fashioned. Nevertheless fantastic service and inter-personnal abilities from all staffs (let me quote Hamid and John for their kindness). Next time I have to travel with a group of +15 from Africa, will definitely book this one again!
