Excellent service in a remarkable building. Decor is opulent and captures the Parisian 'chic'. Staff vey attentive, polite and welcoming. Very good breakfast menu catering for every nationality. Food and beverag quite expensive. Although it is on a main thoroughfare once inside you are in complete peace and quiet. A truely satisfying experience.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning. The staff graciously held our bags while we explored the nearby shops and cafes. We called about a month ahead of our stay to ask for a renovated room with a street view. The hotel manager called us up to tell us that they upgraded our room to satisfy our request....

You can get some good deals at the Concorde Opera Hotel, and it is in a good, albeit noisy location. I’ve stayed here a couple times, and have gotten rates around $250 per night by purchasing in advance via expedia.com. The lobby is brilliant and the service great – really friendly staff.
