We stayed in this hotel as part of a school group that booked a tour with a commercial school group tourist company, Education First (EF) Educational Tours. It's definitely a "European" hotel, meaning, it's not what we were used to in even a moderately classed hotel in the USA. Having said that, it was part of the charm (I guess).... More

We booked a Eurostat Package deal, which included this hotel booked and paid for, on arrival was told there was a problem and sent to a backpackers hotel, with no refund offered, the man refused to pay for the alternative lodging. Be wary of booking a package without taking due care to check it out. We have put in a... More

Stayed in this hotel for couple of days. Reception looked ok so I thought the room is going to be good. When we got to the room, the bed cover had some stains and generally just looked filthy and the bed sheet smelt funny. They came to clean the room when were out but didn't change the sheets, they just re-arranged... After reading some of the reviews I was very worried about staying here. We met up with our niece who works in Paris on occasions (the dates we were staying my niece did not think she would be available) but she surprised us by meeting us off the Eurostar. When I mentioned my concerns about the hotel she said well... More

The man at the reception was a bit rude, the room wasn't the cleanest and it needed refurbishment, but the bathroom was very nice and clean. Great location for traveling to all the amenities, even though the area doesn't look the best at night. Breakfast was big and good enough. More

Great location, metro station right outside The hotel is adequate, just! Rooms cleaned every day, Compact and bijou, our DOUBLE room was quite clearly an oversized SINGLE, with 3/4 bed with access only from one side, with the bed fixed against a wall on the other side Space at a premium in bathroom, the oversized wash basin not helping, No rubber bath mat or handrail... My partner and I stayed here for two nights in August. As the other reviews state, the hotel was average and basic, which we were fine with, considering that we'd not paid much to stay here. However, 120 Euros was stolen from our room when we were out (whoever had taken it had gone through every single one of our... More
