First time we have faced something like that . We were completely shocked . We have arrived at 8 am. Reception no one greeted u. We have asked for early check in and we knew we need to pay extra . We have no issue about that . The Russian guy was in the reception with one more old man( employee of the hotel as well) both of the first of all even did not greeted u. Second when we asked for the early check in if possible , he replied very Rude , with the smile : NO. After we asked where we can leave bag then at least : he did not moved from the chair and showed with the finger : THERE. We have asked after where we can change the clothes after a long trip: with another finger he said : THERE. We thought okey. Maybe we assume he is quite rude but he is not . Hovewer he was seating and doing nothing and not even trying to help us . We have asked for the manager on duty , his mail and name of he is not available now . The Russian reception replied : I don’t know , I can’t give name and can’t give mail. Which was shocking to us. Hotel is not bad but still diferent from photos in booking , however with this service we were completely shocked

Before we placed a review of their Hotel Kleber on Trip Advisor, we wanted to give them the opportunity to respond to what became a very disappointing stay in Room 602. We are were hoping they could renew our faith in their hospitality for our future visits to Paris. This was a 5 night stay. here is my letter. I never received a response. By Wednesday we realized this room looked nothing like the ones we saw on your site. “Newly Renovated” could never be part of the description. This room is an insult to anyone you put in it. From the door handle that is loosely secured, to the mildew and discoloration in the shower stall. The bathroom sink did not drain in a timely fashion. The shower hose was broken, and no way would we let water pour down from the top shower head as it, too, was filthy. Bed linens were never tightened or straightened. The pillows were fluffed, and the top cover flattened. As we than made our own beds, we realized the extra bed under mine was covered in dust, as was the floor. This was not one season of dust….this was years of dust! This room had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. Too many towels should have been discarded a long time before we arrived. They were frayed and thread bare. For whatever reason, there was great generosity in leaving too many bottles of shampoo, lotion and bath wash, and shower caps. Too many than we could use, cluttering the sink area. We left them on the sink. Our last night, we realized we were not getting any heat in the room, just cold air. An electric radiator was there and plugged in. Upon inspection, and after removing someone else’s old dirty sock from it, we realized it was covered in so much dust, it could be a fire hazard, besides sitting directly on a wood floor. We kept our winter coats around us, and went to bed. At 12:30 AM, I was still awake, and I knew we could not last the whole night in this cold room. I got dressed and went to the lobby. After numerous calls of “Hello,” the night worker showed up. I told him the problem, and he immediately went to a panel and pushed a button. He said the heat was turned off, and the room thermostat was not working. I never slept that night. We had to leave at 5 AM for our flight. I find it hard to believe, this was the experience you want for your guests. The price certainly did not reflect what we were given. I feel you deserve a chance to rectify this situation, before I advise Trip Advisor. Please consider refunding one night’s fee to our account, and hopefully you will “Renovate” this room.

This is a wonderful little hotel with easy access to the Champs Elysee, the Eiffel Tower, lots of restaurants in one of the poshest neighborhoods in Paris. The decor is French country style. The bathrooms have great showers. The mattresses are firm and the bedding very cosy. The buffet breakfast includes eggs, sausage, wonderful breakfast pastries, crepes, cheeses, and fruit.

Stay elsewhere people! The most Disgusting place I have ever stayed. We paid 400 dollars for one night and thought we would treat ourselves with wonderful hotel and experience... boy I was so wrong. Upon arrival the male receptionist was very cold and rude and there is not even a single sign of nice hotel just from the beginning, might as well we’re checking into a budget hostel. The bathroom was total disaster. I understand its an old historic building and all but i expected better than dirty shower, falling apart closet and those towels were rugged ancient and yellow.

This is a pleasant, old fashioned hotel (still has numbered room keys with maroon pom-poms). Very clean, spacious room with a parquet floor (unusual) adding to the vintage vibe - large bathroom, huge antique porcelain sink, good products; towels a little tired but still functional. Excellent multi directional capacious shower. Two wardrobes, large flatscreen tv. though hardly any English language stations. Soundproofing not the best, especially noise coming through the door from the landing. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Good bed, slept well. Stayed Saturday night, €144,79 including taxes de séjour, through Booking.com

While I was pleased with the beauty of the hotel and the room and the location, I did encounter a few off-putting problems. First, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine, which I determined was coming from a filthy toilet brush. I closed the sliding door to be sure the room would not be invaded with this odor and dsicovered an extremely dusty baseboard. When going out I tried to inform the recpetionists but one was on the phone (with a potential guest - acceptable) and the other was playing with her mobile phone. She didn't take the time to hear me out and the odor was not resolved on my return. The other major unpleasant incident again involved reception. I went out at 9:30 in the morning to get coffee and, as I was leaving the room key at reception per hotel policy, I was told rather abruptly by the receptionist "don't forget to check out." Check out is by noon! I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and have never had a reception say something quite so inappropriate particularly as the room was paid on arrival! I felt I was getting the bum’s rush and made a particular point of asking about check out time when I returned with my coffee. With some training for their client-facing staff, this place could be really wonderful.

Stayed here for business for two nights in a room on the front of the hotel. With a small balcony. The hotel is in a small street in Paris, a side street of Avenue Kleber. Rooms are decorated quite tastefully. And the room had a jaccuzi (which I didn't have time for to use because it is a pity to spend too much time in your hotel when you are in Paris :) ). Breakfast, or better petit dejeuner, is served in the cellar. You can select indeed petit, which is just a croissant and some jam, or regular with meats and different types of bread, yoghurt, fruit, etc. Both are not included in the room price. Why? Beats me, but I would change that because it is just a small service and would be appreciated by lot of guestst.

The location is perfect BUT the hotel is very small and it doesn’t have anything else to offer than the room. I traveled with my son and we had a very small room with two small twin beds. Front desk people are nice and always have croissants for guests . Again , the location is excellent, I guess that what you pay for.
