Took advantage of a special offer at the end of April,wonderful hotel,very quiet room with lovely view of the arc de triomphe staff very very helpful,so convenient for metro, breakfast one of the best I have enjoyed in a long time. It's a modern update of a post WW2 Red Cross building. A lot of thought has been put into making the rooms quiet.
