I spent 4 nights at the Ideal Hotel Design. The room was basic but nice and not that small. Personally i did not hear anything from guests in the adiacent rooms and I was able to sleep well without problems. The breakfast was ok with a good choice of different food and the girls there are polite (always smiling!!) and... More

Average hotel, close to the taxi rank and metro. The staff helped when needed and it was close to shops but room was very dark and on one night we were woken by a brawl outside. It was adequate, not amazing but not bad. More

Our view might be slightly colored because when we showed up the guy working the desk said they were upgrading our room from a double to a penthouse studio suite with a full bath and balcony in a different building. Needless to say, it was a nice switch. Pros -Clean and safe -Close to Metro -Interesting design -Desk staff easy... More

Our room was on the seventh floor and was very dark and dingy decor. It was only lit by three small lamps of which two had black lamp shades making it dark. The bulb burned out in one of our lamps and we were told by the desk clerk that they didn't know where to find a replacement so we'd... More

I bought this holiday for my boyfriends birthday present. From Charles De Gaulle it took us around an hour and a half to get to the hotel and it was very simple, we got the train (rer) to denfert rochereau and from there we jumped on a tube to porte de orleons, the tube is not even 1 meter from... Stayed here for a weekend in August with my wife. Stayed in the purple room with an interesting wallpaper... Pur room was Nice and clean, as was the front desk and small lobby room. To bad that the stairs and hallways Are so dirty that they drag down the overall impression. The room next to ours was being refurbished, so... More

The positives - the entrance hallway and reception area was nice with 'funky' decor. The female receptionist on our arrival was helpful. Good public transportation links with both a metro stop and tram stop just outside. The bed was comfy. The negatives - tiny room, decor - I can only describe as shabby, dirty carpet, cheap tacky furniture although there wasnt... More

My room was dark in decor and lighting in room was extremely limited. There is no A/C. Location of hotel is on the last stop of the Metro #4 line. It is not close by to any attractions, but if you know how to travel using the Metro or RTR, you can get to most places More

10 steps to metro station and 20 meters to the tram line to Porte Choisy for delicious Chinese cuisine if you like. Super cheerful front desk staff, Ms Tatev was very helpful during check in and even offered a 2pm late check out that made our last minute shopping rush fruitful. Will definitely come back !! More

Accompanied my wife who was attending Masion et Objet. We drove and parked in Car Park 5 mins walk. NB €24 per day. Though other side of town from exhibition hotel is in a perfect location right on Metro Porte D'Orleans and close to ring road. Yet very quiet rooms many of which are being updated. Some good eateries less... More
