I stayed at the hotel because I was in Paris for a conference. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but spotless. In the morning we awoke to the sounds of chirping birds--in downtown Paris! The hotel is within a short walking distance of the Palais des Congres.

This is definitely a one star hotel but for its price it's not bad. The rooms over the street are small and noisy, but the ones in back are quiet and bigger.
