My daughter and I spend eight nights at this small hotel two blocks from the Ledru Rollin metro stop, near Bastille. While the hotel bathrooms are currently being remodeled, meaning there was some (but not a terrible amount) of construction noise during our stay, our room had already been done. The new bathroom and shower were quite nice! Also, new... More

I cannot actually comment on the quality of the property since I never got to stay there...had a pre-paid booking, turned up at 10am on the day of arrivals, rooms not ready - ok, this is more than normal. When leaving our luggage and stating that we would return later that night we were told that this did not present... More

Dear Madam, First of all, I do apologize again (to you and your collegue) regarding your bad experience you had with the "missed check in" in our hotel. I know that, unfortunately, you couldn't stay here due to a simple reason (not an excuse...) : we didn't do our job as we are used to !!! ... and be sure... More

This Mercure hotel seems to be NOT up to the standard of many other Mercure properties--it is NOT inexpensive, but basic business needs (reliable internet, laundry service) are not available in this hotel. It is clean, under renovation, and in a very good location--easy walking distance to several metro stops (and Gare de Lyon) and many great restaurants and shops. More

Small hotel, well placed for the Bastille area (which has lots of good restaurants and bars). Clean, well decorated, very comfortable beds and very helpful staff. Paris is never quiet, but this wasn't too noisy. More

Mercure advertise this as a new hotel - the St Antoine - opening January 2012 but the renovations have been limited. By comparison the Mercure Paris Voltaire, Bastille Quartier, really is a new hotel: it has been fully refurbished and offers a very different experience. The St Antoinne (still marketed as the Paname) does not meet this standard. But it... More

I travelled with my 14 yr old son on a sightseeing, getaway trip - Feb 2012. We found the hotel relatively easy with the help of the GPS on my phone - it is a short walk away from the Ledru Rollin metro station on line 8. The staff were really friendly and helpful - sorted all our needs out... More

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, internet was complimentary and the staff were very friendly. The room was reasonably priced and in a good location for getting around the city (particularly to the Marais and Bastille area). Many restaurants nearby and a short walk to the metro. Would definitely stay there again. More

We stayed here in late September for three nights. It is not in the heart of the tourist area but is relatively easy to find from the Gare De Lyon, although closer to the Ledru-Rollins metro station. The two rooms for our party were spotlessly clean but there is no denying that they are very small. The decor could do... More

This was my 12th time in Paris and we decided to "go local" Normally stay on Left Bank around Rue de Bac (still love that area) but this little gem of a hotel had everything we needed and in a wonderful old part of the city. So close to Place de Vosges, the Bastille and Marais areas (very old part... More

We had a room with a balcony which was nice cause we could sit out at night and relaxed with a cold bottle of wine while our daughter slept. Rooms are quite small but decent. Location is good if you are coming in or leaving from Gare du Lyon. The area is very nice if you like local markets, shops... More
