We're really happy to have found this friendly and convenient hotel that we can actually afford. It is a bit of a walk to the city centre and the old city, but it's doable. The secure parking is welcome.

Isolated hotel in an out of town estate. Pleasant enough for a one night stop- not somewhere to spend anytime. A car is a must have as everywhere is beyond walking distance- a McDonald's might be the exception.

Etap hotel are standart and all the same. Don't expect much but it's clean and quiet. Close to a supermarket and fastfood. You will need a car to go see Carcassonne's attractions and good restaurants.

This hotel was convienient for out trip. Its quiet enough and good value. I've found Etap to be a good budget hotel. I dont really have anything to add. A single nights stay and everything was fine. The Etap Hotel was easy to fined very clean close to shops and retaurants the room was very clean . all you need and the service was good would recomend to friends. Nice little hotel, clean, friendly staff, 20 min walk from airport got a little lost, go out from airport past audi dealership then citroen dealership behind casino shoping centre. would go back. bed a little hard suited some of us not others
